What we do

Outlynk is a remote execution partner for software organizations. We place engineers and technical leads within your workflows, and we deliver fixed-scope projects when headcount is not the right lever. Each engagement has a designated point of contact, explicit commercial terms, and tooling aligned to your security and compliance requirements.

Staff augmentation engagements are structured around your ceremonies, repositories, and review standards. Project engagements are governed by a statement of work with milestones, acceptance criteria, and a shared view of risk. In both cases, we prefer small, frequent integration points over big-bang reveals at the end of a quarter.

Mission

We aim to make high-caliber remote engineering accessible without the unpredictability of unmanaged marketplaces. We document assumptions, communicate tradeoffs early, and report progress on a regular cadence so product and finance can decide with accurate information.

That means saying no when a timeline or scope is not credible, and surfacing dependencies early when external teams, vendors, or compliance gates could affect delivery. Our goal is to earn repeat work through reliability and judgment, not through volume-based staffing quotas.

When requirements shift, we document the delta and its impact on schedule or cost before additional work lands. That keeps procurement and engineering aligned on what changed and why, and reduces surprises during acceptance.

Background checks, NDAs, and vendor security questionnaires are handled as part of onboarding. We are accustomed to working within SSO, VPN, and device policies where required. For project work, documentation and handover materials are produced so your team can operate and extend systems without depending on informal knowledge.
